Mama Beldi

The Riad Chamali is part of a strong desire to be for our guests an honorable ambassador of local cuisine with a reputation now worldwide.
 

In order to live up to this noble ambition, it was necessary to devote an entire space entirely devoted to tastings of meals, drinks and cooking classes.

It is actually a riad attached to the Riad Chamali and called "Mama Beldi" that could be translated by "Local Mom" ​​or "Mother of the Country"
 

You will necessarily make a tour since it is also there that are served every morning breakfast or you will be entitled to the unavoidable fresh pressed orange juice and Moroccan crepes m'semmen from 8:00 to 10:30. Tea, coffee, bread, butter and jam complete the local offer.
 

At Mama Beldi, we have chosen an open kitchen accessible to the sight of our guests, who can, if they wish, enter to attend the preparation of food.

We have also made the choice of professional kitchen equipment and take all hygiene precautions starting with the respect of the cold chain.
We only cook fresh, local products and all are fully washed before being worked.
 

Our kitchen has only one flaw ... it is addictive!
But there is no harm in doing good ... especially on vacation! And in this case, we have a half board or full board whose prices vary depending on the length of your stay, to no longer have to choose between budget and pleasure ... both are obviously possible.
 

The price of the lunch menu (starter, main course, dessert) is €18 * per person (excluding drinks)
The price of the dinner menu (starter, main course, dessert) is €22 * per person (excluding drinks)

Finally, know that, as at home, we can prepare you for your outings and excursions sandwiches to take away.

SPECIAL EVENTS: We also organise parties and dinners for weddings, birthdays, and hen dos (women only). We cater for food, cocktails with music and dance.

PICNIC: Do you go on an excursion? Nothing is easier and more practical than asking us to prepare excellent sandwiches for your lunch!
Choice of chicken sandwich, minced meat or vegetarian.
The price is € 10, with a seasonal fruit and a bottle of water of 1.5 liters.
