The Tinsmiths square is mid-way between the Bahia Palace and Palais El Badii, just a few minutes by foot from the riad. The square, called " Ksadria " in Arabic was named after the craftsmen working tinplate and metal whose workshops have been developing there for centuries . The square is also a link between the Jewish Mellah and the Arab neighborhoods of Marrakech,  and a must see. Today there is always a few workshops where you can admire the work of craftsmen. Pedestrian square, it remains a haven of tranquility in the south of the bustling Medina.

Access: Riad Chamali is located in the Berrima district, in the south of the Medina, a 15 minutes walk from Jemaa el Fna Square and the shopping street Zitoun El Kedim. Accessible only on foot by a pedestrian street of about 100 meters from the car park, it guarantees you an absolute calm.

Location: The Berimma district has remained a traditional neighborhood, right next to the old Jewish Quarter: built around a mosque, a bread oven, a school, and a hammam, it transports you to another time.

There are many places to visit nearby: the 16th century old Badii Palace, the Saadian Tombs, the Mellah with its Jewish cemetery, or Miaâra, which will offer you a moment of pure tranquility, the Palace of Bahia, the Tinsmiths Square. And to reach the famous Jemma el Fna Square, take the beautiful pedestrian street Zitoun kedim, and you'll come across it !
