Noise, even during the day, is prohibited. The customer causing disorder or scandal in any form whatsoever, will be asked to leave the hotel immediately and without refund of his stay. In the interest of the tranquility of the establishment, all noise must cease between 10:30 p.m. and 7 a.m.

It is strictly forbidden to bring drugs or alcohol into the Riad.
Food :
It is not allowed to bring food into the Riad.

Cancellation terms: These rules define the cancellation conditions for reservations according to the number of rooms reserved (unless non-refundable rate "NR"):
Reservations of less than 4 rooms:
- If canceled or modified up to 7 days before the arrival date, the property will not charge a fee.
- 100% of the reservation is due in the event of cancellation on D-6 or in the event of a no show.
Reservations of 5 to 10 rooms:
- up to 45 days before the start of the stay, the establishment does not charge any fees
- between 44 days and 15 days before the start of the stay, the establishment charges 30% of the reservation
- 100% of the reservation is due in the event of cancellation on D-14 or in the event of a no show.
Reservations of more than 10 rooms (excluding privatization):
- up to 60 days before the start of the stay, the establishment does not charge any fees
- between 59 days and 15 days before the start of the stay, the establishment charges 30% of the reservation
- 100% of the reservation is due in the event of cancellation on D-14 or in the event of a no show.
