Traditional Cooking Classes


Our Chef Moutaa will be happy to welcome you to her kitchen to teach you the secrets of a succulent tajine or traditional couscous.

According to your tastes and your desires :
- chicken tagine with lemon,
- tagine of beef shank with caramelized prunes,
- tagine of lamb with seasonal vegetables (peas and bottoms of archichauts, quinces, cardoons, makfoul ...),
...and many other traditional dishes that will delight your taste buds!


Available in the morning or afternoon, it takes 4 hours for this complete package:

- 1 hour to go shopping at the local market
- 1/2 hour of theory,
- 2 hours 30 minutes of practicing
And after ... tasting!

The budget is 35 € per person plus 15 € lunch or 18 € dinner.

Time is missing? An express formula is proposed to you including:
- 1/2 hour of theory,
- 1 h 30 practice

The budget is 25 € per person plus 15 € for lunch or 18 € for dinner.

You wish to maintain your memories of the traditional breakfast taken in the Riad? Moutaa will teach you the secrets of making local bread, the famous m'semmen and baghrir (Moroccan pancake).

This "Breakfast" package includes:
- 1/2 hour of theory,
- 1 h 30 practice

The budget is 25 € per person.

Each formula requires a minimum of 2 people, and goes up to 8 people per session.
